Welcome to Knots & Needles. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking our wedding tattooing services. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

Knots & Needles provides mobile tattooing experiences for weddings and private events. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation by Ben Verhoek or an authorized representative.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if the client does not meet required health, safety, or consent standards.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
Full payment terms will be provided upon confirmation.
Any changes must be communicated at least 7 days in advance and cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the event.
Travel fees apply for venues outside the designated service area to cover costs of travel and potentially lodging.

3. Health, Safety, and Consent

All tattooing is performed under strict hygiene and sterilization standards.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older and provide valid identification.
We will not tattoo individuals who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who have certain medical conditions that pose safety risks.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website — including tattoo artwork, text, and graphics — are the intellectual property of Knots & Needles or their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure client safety and satisfaction, Knots & Needles and its artists are not liable for:

Reactions or complications resulting from tattoos after leaving the service area
Allergic responses to ink or aftercare products
Website downtime, errors, or data loss

Clients assume full responsibility for aftercare and follow provided instructions.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.

7. External Links

Our website may contain links to external sites such as Instagram. Knots & Needles is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
